Northwest Freightliner is looking for a second shift Service Advisor/Writer. We are looking for someone with great technical and problem-solving skills that will be a positive representation of our company and take charge of any situation. You will be responsible for obtaining customer vehicle information and reason for the service visit to assist in the diagnostic process, as well as summarizing the diagnosis to the customer. Requirements:

2 Years Previous Truck Experience

Proficiency with computers including Microsoft Office and web-based applications preferred

High School Diploma or equivalent required
