Pan American Bank & Trust has an opportunity for a Banking Advisor located at our Palatine Office, conveniently located near the train station in downtown Palatine.
The Banking Advisor’s primary goal is to help clients by discovering/advising on financial needs, assisting in problem resolutions, processing transactions, and proactively promoting the bank to prospective new clients. This position takes a lead role in creating an outstanding client service experience by resolving client concerns, opening new accounts, offering convenience services, and helping the Office meet objectives which contributes to the overall success of the organization. The Banking Advisor reinforces the Bank’s commitment to consistently deliver a high-quality client experience over the phone, in person, over email, and while attending various community events.
