Couture Cupcake Café Comes to Downtown Palatine

While awaiting to leave for  LA to tape Cupcake Wars, Cathi Volante has been busy expanding her brand, Couture Cupcake Café.  She is opening her second location this Friday in downtown Palatine!

Who wouldn’t want to eat a warm, fresh cupcake named Jimmy Choo, Chanel, PB XXL or her number one seller, “Heavenly Swine”, a bacon filled buttermilk cupcake with a maple buttercream?  This Friday from 5pm-9pm, Couture Cupcake Café & Rock n Roll a la Mode is hosting its Grand Opening Party & Ribbon Cutting with Mayor Jim Schwantz. 

The ribbon cutting will commence at 5pm followed by free samples of their award winning cupcakes, ice cream, coffee, espresso drinks & items from their new lunch & dinner menu. A portion of the profits go to charity in honor of Sandy Hook Elementary.  And to introduce our fabulous pies, cookies, cake pops, custom & carved (extreme) cakes, all cake orders this Friday are 50% off! 

We would like to let the community know we need their support through the winter months, therefore we will be having weekly nights for teens & adults; i.e. teen & adult karaoke “The Voice”, Family Game Night-board games & Xbox competitions, Local Musicians, Chocolate Fest, Bacon Fest and new party packages for children, teens & adults; i.e. Movie Nights, Cake & Cupcake Decorating Classes, Karaoke & Dance nights & pajama parties!   We support our athletes, students & faculty, show your school ID or wear your team uniform in for 10% off everything!  We also have a new coffee & espresso club “Froth”, earning you free cups with every purchase!

Cathi is updating Rock n Roll a la Mode, with a new lunch & dinner menu, they will be serving Intelligensia coffee & espresso, and soon adding a new lounge area, making it the sweetest place in Palatine to hang out!
