We?re excited to invite you to our Monthly Memory Café, hosted in partnership with Synergy HomeCare and JourneyCare Hospice.

Our Memory Café is a welcoming, judgment-free space designed for caregivers, family members, and those living with dementia or Alzheimer?s to connect, engage, and enjoy meaningful moments together.

This month, we?ll explore the joy that music can bring and how it lifts the spirit, evokes cherished memories, and enhances emotional and cognitive well-being.

We are proud to share that our Memory Café is officially registered through Dementia Friendly America, ensuring our program follows best practices for inclusivity, compassion, and community support.
