Make and Mend through Palatine Library is a community learning series for anyone who wants to learn by doing. Each Saturday session offers a new opportunity to explore practical skills, discover useful tools and equipment, and get hands-on experience making, maintaining, or repairing everyday things. Materials at booths to complete repairs are provided for free.
This Saturday's Theme is Electronics and Appliances.
Learn how to do small repairs on small household items like lamps, toasters, and fans with hands-on activities and interactive demonstrations. Practice simple repairs, explore common tools and equipment, and learn how to use them safely and confidently.
