Legion Holds Holiday Stop, Sip & Shop Event

The Palatine American Legion Auxiliary Post 690 is hosting Stop, Sip & Shop which is open to the public on Sunday, November 16th from 11:00 AM until 3:00 PM in the newly renovated American Legion Hall at 122 West Palatine Road in Palatine to raise funds for Legion Family Charities.

“Join us for an afternoon of one stop holiday shopping,” said Lisa Wente, Co-Chair of the Project.  “You’ll be able to select your holiday gifts from over a dozen vendors, enjoy a drink from our cash bar, food and participate in our raffle.”

Some of the participating companies in this event are Avon, Hand Sewn by Alice, Scentsy Candles, Tastefully Simple, Tupperware, PartyLite, Origami Owl, Cool Peaces, Handmade Jewelry Vendors, Hairbows, ParkLane, Pampered Chef, Paper Hill, Nerium as well as Stella and Dot.  Companies will be donating 10% of their proceeds to Legion Family Charities and a small item for the raffle, according to Project Co-Chair MJ Incavo.
