It’s important to know where you stand when it comes to heart health. NCH will offer you a chance to participate in an inexpensive screening where you will learn your cholesterol, glucose and blood pressure numbers.
Join Northwest Community Healthcare at one of our Heart Health Screenings, from 6:30-9:30 am:
• February 2, Buffalo Grove Immediate Care Center
• February 9, Mt. Prospect Immediate Care Center
• February 16, Schaumburg Immediate Care Center
For accurate results, this screening requires you to fast for 12 hours prior to the screening. Only water and prescribed medication are allowed to be taken.
