FREE Children's Self-Defense Seminar

Join us for our FREE Children's Self Defense Seminar!

Children ages 5-13 are welcome to join us on September 30th to learn conflict diffusion and self-defense techniques to help them build their confidence and stay safe! 

The educational portion of the seminar will be followed by surprise Super Hero guest appearances, as well as a demonstration by the Palatine Police Department K9 Unit! 

Children will learn practical techniques from the following tested and proven martial arts:

• Krav Maga
• Muay Thai Kickboxing
• Boxing
• Wrestling
• Brazilian Jiu Jitsu
