Combating Caregiver Stress Seminar

Caregivers need to be cared for, too.  In the midst of your daily challenges and being responsible for a loved one’s well-being, you also need to take care of your health and manage stress. Stress can, over time, cause distress. You may feel overwhelmed; you can, however, learn how to change and reduce the stress levels for everyone involved.
