DESCRIPTION:Join us at Top Golf Schaumburg for an afternoon with SLSF!\n\n\nWe hope you are able to join us and enjoy an afternoon at Top Golf with friends and colleagues. All proceeds will support Special Leisure Services Foundation (SLSF)\, the fundraising arm of Northwest Special Recreation Association (NWSRA). NWSRA provides recreational programs so that children and adults with disabilities have the opportunity to have fun\, make friends\, be included\, go new places\, learn new things and celebrate their lives. We encourage all of you to join us for a beautiful day at Top Golf Schaumburg! Registration includes lunch and refreshments along with 2 hours of golf.\n\nSchedule of Events:\n\n10:45 a.m. - golfer check in\n\n11:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. - bar opens\, beer and wine are available\n\n11:30 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. - golf and lunch\n\n2:30 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. - prizes/program\n\nIn keeping with the Cook County Mitigation Health Order\, attendees will be required to show their vaccination card (physical or a digital copy) & a valid form of ID upon entering Top Golf.
