Palatine Township and co-sponsor\, Palatine Lions Club\, host this free event for residents on Saturday\, April 9\, 2022 from 8 am   12 pm.\n\nDrive through and drop off your donation in the Palatine Township Parking Lot at 721 S. Quentin Road\, Palatine.\n\nYour items will be sorted\, recycled and repurposed.\n\nACCEPTABLE ITEMS FOR TEXTILE RECYCLING COLLECTION:\n\n\n	All Men's\, Women's & Children's Clothing   All Sizes\n	Coats & Jackets\n	Bedding & Linens (Sheets/Comforters/Pillowcases/Blankets/Pillows)\n	Towels\, Wash Cloths & Tub Mats\n	Table Linens & Cloth Napkins\n	Socks (single or in pairs)\n	Hats & Gloves\n	Undergarments & Bras\n	Shoes\, Sandals & Slippers (in pairs only)\n	Pet beds and sleeping bags\n	Socks (in pairs ONLY)\n	Handbags & Purses\n	Fashion Accessories\, Belts &Ties\n	Stuffed Animals\n	Books & Toys\n	Kitchenware & Tools\n	Drapes/Curtains\n	Pet Beds & Sleeping Bags\n\n\nITEMS THAT WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR TEXTILE RECYCLING:\n\n\n	Appliances\, Furniture\, Tires\, Paint\, Carpeting\, and Mattresses\n	Traditional Recyclables (metal\, glass\, paper) and Hazardous Waste\n\n\nITEMS THAT ARE WET OR BADLY SOILED CANNOT BE ACCEPTED.\n\nWe reserve the right to refuse any items presented for donation.
